Now Hiring: Finance Director
Position Summary: The Director of Finance will work to advance the Latino Coalition for a Healthy California’s mission to advance and protect Latino Health in California. This position will work closely with the LCHC Executive and Administrative Department to support various fiscal responsibilities and functions for the organization, including managing the operational budget, planning, and analyzing internal financial needs. The Director of Finance will serve as a liaison between the fiscal sponsor’s accounting department and LCHC’s administrative staff.

Now Hiring: Programs Associate
Position Summary: The Program Associate will be responsible for directly supporting the implementation of the Z-VYBE Internship and Pasa La Voz Program. This position will report to the Senior Programs Manager and Youth Programs Manager for work priorities.

Health Justice Fellowship:
About the fellowship: LCHC is committed to inspiring and training the next generation of health advocates and policy experts. Through our LCHC Health Justice Fellowship Program, we seek undergraduate, graduate students and recent graduates to work with one of LCHC’s departments. This opportunity is uniquely designed to lift up young professionals interested in the healthcare & public health policy arenas, especially those from Latinx, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrant, and first-generation backgrounds.

The Health Justice Fellows are hosted within the following departments:
- Programs: Fellows with interests in community-centered programming, organizing, and advocacy.
- Communications: Fellows with interests in public relations, social media management, graphic design, and digital advocacy.
- Fellows with interests in health policy research, advocacy, coalitions, and government affairs.
